1. Introduction
Welcome to EntrepLegal. We specialize in legal consulting and business protection for entrepreneurs. By accessing our website and services at EntrepLegal, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Our professional offerings include custom contract drafting, corporate registration support, risk assessment consultations, and ongoing protection planning tailored to entrepreneurs.
3. Information Products
EntrepLegal may offer digital guides, templates, and recorded workshops designed to help entrepreneurs navigate legal matters and protect their ventures.
4. Physical Goods
We may provide printed manuals and resource kits that support our consulting and information products.
5. Pricing and Payment
All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs. Payment methods include credit card and bank transfer. Fees for services and products are due in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refund Policy
At EntrepLegal, we strive to deliver high-quality services and products. The following refund and reschedule provisions apply:
6.1 Legal Consulting Services and Business Protection
By booking a consulting session, the client agrees to provide necessary documents and information in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled under the terms in section 7. If a client cancels at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 calendar days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 calendar days of the appointment are non-refundable due to time blocked in consultants’ schedules. Refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 14 business days of approval.
Some services, such as corporate registration support, involve third-party authority fees. These authority fees are non-refundable once submitted. The service component follows the cancellation rules above, but any authority fees already remitted to a government body cannot be refunded or transferred.
6.2 Information Products
All digital materials, including e-guides, templates, and recorded workshops, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate access and the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once an information product has been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact our support within 5 days, and we will assist with delivery.
6.3 Physical Goods
For any tangible goods ordered, buyers may return items in unused and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Returned items must be sent to St. Alban-Graben 16, 4051 Basel, Switzerland, at the purchaser’s expense, unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either ship a replacement item or issue a refund via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective merchandise.
7. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule consulting sessions by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability. Sessions rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the session fee or may be forfeited if not rescheduled within 14 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
EntrepLegal’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for any indirect or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by EntrepLegal, including templates, guides, and documents, is protected by copyright. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for their own business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Amendments
